Digital Delivery Process

Upon successful completion of payment through our secure payment gateway, your digital product (PSD, JPG, PNG template) is delivered immediately.

Instant Access: After a successful transaction, you will be redirected to an order success page containing the download links.
My Account / Downloads: You can access all your purchased files at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the "My Downloads" or "My Orders" section.
Email Confirmation: You will also receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. (Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox).

Delivery Timelines

Digital delivery is instantaneous (usually within seconds of payment approval). In rare cases where payment gateway verification is delayed, access to the files will be granted the moment the payment status changes to "Paid" or "Successful".

Download Limits

Purchased files remain in your account indefinitely. However, we recommend downloading and backing up your files to your local device or cloud storage, as we reserve the right to remove outdated files or products from our catalog over time.
